Dear Parent/Guardian,
Before the Christmas break, we informed you that we would be moving our lunch pre-ordering service to a new system provided by ‘ParentPay’. The new system allows parents or students to order their food with more freedom and flexibility than our previous system.
With face-to-face teaching due to restart from 8th March, we thought it would be helpful to remind you of the key changes that have taken effect:
Students who receive Free School Meals will continue to do so without interruption, with parents using the new system in the same way as other parents.
Any accounts that have a negative balance will be unable to order using the new system. We politely request that all parents ensure that their ParentPay accounts do not have a negative balance before students begin to return on Monday 8th March 2021.
Please allow 24 hours for funds to be added to accounts, as pending payments will mean that parents may be unable to place orders using the new system.
Free school meal deliveries will end when the year group returns to the academy, and the Government voucher system will also end this week.
If you have any questions about the new system of ordering lunches, please call our academy reception on 01782 882200 or email [email protected]
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. C Plant
Finance Director.
