“Red Nose Day is back on Friday 19th March and this year it’s never felt more important to have some fun and raise money to support people living incredibly tough lives. We need the power of funny to turn laughs into lasting change. So whatever you can do, please join us…”
We have a lot going on this Friday here at the academy and here is what you can do to help us to raise money:
1. whole school fundraising challenge!
Each year group has a target of £250 on their own JustGiving page for Red Nose Day. The year group who raises the most will get an afternoon treat in the Mall!
You have one week to get as many donations as you can!

2. You can wear your own mask to school for £1!
* Note – Please make sure these are appropriate for school as even if you have paid your £1 any offensive masks will be confiscated and a replacement mask will be given instead.
3. SLT trials! Pay £1 to vote which member of the Senior Leadership Team you want to see dunked in the gunk!
You will get the opportunity to pay £1 to place a vote for the member of SLT you wish to see slimed!
SLT votes will go up in tiers depending on the number of votes.
You have the choice of:
4. OSSMA Spinathon!
Students will be taking part in a Spinathon. The students will cycle the distance from OSSMA to Wembley Stadium on spinning machines which is a distance of 162 miles. This will take place in the mall. If you would like to donate to help to keep them motivated, you can do so at the following link:
