Dear Parent/Guardian,
From Tuesday 5th January 2021, we will be moving our lunch pre-ordering service to a system provided by ‘Parentpay’. This is in order to collect lunch orders for students in an easier and more timely manner. The food offered by the Bistro at OSSMA will largely be the same however it means that parents or students will be able to order their food with more freedom and flexibility than our current system. The key changes that will affect students and parents are as follows:
Parents should access the food ordering service by following the usual instructions on the OSSMA website. Parents will only be able to place an order for food if funds to pay for the lunches has been added to your child’s ParentPay account. Students that receive Free School Meals will continue to do so without interruption with parents using this new system in the same way as other parents.
Any accounts that have a negative balance will be unable to order using the new system. We politely request that all parents ensure that ParentPay accounts do not have a negative balance prior to students returning on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
Please allow 24 hours for funds to be added to accounts as pending payments will mean that parents may be unable to place orders using the new system.
